Description: Magical attack that does moderate amount (5 points for Tier 1, Rank 1) of holy damage. snares your target by 20% for 4 seconds.

Visual: The Warrior Priest winds up with their hammer, which begins to glow. He or she whips around in an arcing circle, smashing the victim with a burst of holy might. Golden rings appear around the knees of a target hit with Weight of Guilt.
