Usira the Crone is a named Dark Elf mob that spawns during the second stage of the House Arkaneth Public Quest, in the Blighted Isle. She leads a force of House Arkaneth Witch Elves in an attempt to stop Shining Guard Crewmen from completing the assembly of their siege weapons.
