Nope, it's not. Been seeing it as a drop from player kills since the start of the event. Two dropped in the last Twisting Tower Scenario I ran; not the first time I've seen them there, either. -- Heaven's Agent 19:33, 6 March 2009 (UTC)

I never read or heard that; it's news to me. To be honest I think all three can be obtained through multiple methods, at least one RvR and PvE source each. For example, supposedly the Bloodstained is dropping from PQ bosses. And I'm about 50% sure the Glyph-covered can drop from enemy players as well. -- Heaven's Agent 20:05, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
