Each class has a Bestiary unlock named What do We Have Here?. These are activated by inspecting a Hidden Scroll.

Each Hidden Scroll is a letter left by the Bretonnian Knight of the Realm, Sir Reynolds Ianeaux, during his quest for the Grail.

Find a Hidden Scroll in a cave in Mount Bloodhorn. Cave entrance located approx. 22k, 10k, follow the cave all the way to the end, where you'll see some dead Orcs, turn around and the hidden scroll is on the ground next to a pillar of rock. [RVR zone]
