Speak to Walbrecht Veit in Troll Country, located at 26k,41k. Approach him from 28k,40k as the terrain makes it difficult to access him from any other direction.

Speak to Afvaldr in Troll Country, located at 61516, 29360.
NOTE: He's well hidden in the rocks southeast of the Darcrist's Elite camp.
There's a fallen tree beside him (with leaves).
