Tier 4

Tier 4 is the fourth and final set of zones for each Realm in the war effort. It contains the most powerful NPCs in the game, in addition to seeing many more zones per racial pairing (a zone per Army, a neutral zone with small zones to the sides, and each Army's Fortress and Capital city) instead of just two.
