It seems there should be a R40 lair for Ekrund, going with the pattern of the other tier 1 zones?

While the lair list is alright, I believe people should add a recommended and perhaps minimum level to the list. Having to go through each one to find a lair that's right for your level can be a bit annoying, seeing as how some of these lairs are in low level zones with high level bosses.
