As it is now, with mainly wikipedia material, I think this article is way too detailed. It's really only necessary to mention what's special about ganking in WAR.
Maybe a sentence or two about what ganking is and then how it works in practice in game. However this game won't be out for a while, so we'll have to wait until the removal of the NDA for more information. Bootini 01:16, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

Agreed that this article needs a re-write. Also, I'm no expert, but can someone clarify the difference between ganking and griefing? It's my understanding that ganking isn't necessarily a bad thing, since it can be used as a viable game tactic in RvR situations. - Pendrako talk 12:45, 12 June 2008 (UTC)

Rewrote the article, some of it's just paraphrasing, but I managed to cut it down to just a basic explanation of the term, its use and relevance in this particular game, and as brief as possible an explanation of the reason for controversy. Gazzwidget 22:06, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
