Whether this career is called Choppa or Orc Choppa is not quite possible to determine on the official site (they use both). I guess just because they decided to publish a name doesn't mean they managed to actually remove the doubts about the name of the poor Berserker. --Bishop 17:59, 27 October 2006 (CDT)
- Choppa looks like the name Mythic are going for now. Works for me. Orc Choppa is used where they need to make it clear that it's a career for Orcs only, not Goblins, just like how they use Goblin Shaman. --Pendrako 18:10, 27 October 2006 (CDT)
- I was thinking the same, but then I noticed that both the listing with the other Greenskin careers (the army page) and the main title of the career page lists it as "Orc Choppa". However, you are perfectly right, it is the same thing as with the Shaman. And the Squig Herder. --Bishop 18:20, 27 October 2006 (CDT)
- Hah, I just noticed something funny on the official site. The Black Orc (who really should be an Orc Black Orc, shouldn't he?) is described as: "With choppa and shield in hand, he can face down any foe unshaken." Now that we know what a Choppa is, that puts a whole new light on the Greenskin mating issue I had not anticipated. Choppa can also be used to refer to an orcish axe, and a page about choppas (axes) needs to be made, I have no clue how to make it since this page is already occupied by a career ~ Gigaboost- 22:43, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
- Well, on some wiki sites they use "For other uses see..." in the beginning in cursive, which could be used here something like this: For the weapon used by the Greenskins see Choppa(weapon) - and then you create another article about Choppa(weapon)... - On 11th July, an interview with Mythic Entertainment VP Mark Jacobs reveiled that the Choppa career will not be in the game at release. It is unknown if it will be implemented later. MMORPG.com Source

We need to get some good images of the Choppa, and all other classes for that matter, in the thick of battle. Screenies anyone?
- It's on my to-do list, as part of the face lift I'm giving to the front page and all the portals leading from there. Of course, it's a rather lengthy list, and I've sort of hit a wall with equipment in the form of teaching myself JavaScript so that I can impliment pop up item tooltips.
