These are the abilities that a Shadow Warrior starts with at level 1.

Scout Stance Action Buff Core Ability Instant None None 5 Sec Grants Scout Stance. A long-distance bow stance that increases your Ballistic Skill and Initiative by X and the range of your bow attacks by 10%. You may only use a single Stance at a time.
Eagle Eye Action Damaging Path of The Scout 2 Sec 5-100ft 40 AP None A well aimed arrow that deals X damage.
Grim Slash Action Damaging Path of Assault Instant 5ft 35 AP None Deals X damage to your target.

Acid Arrow Action 3 Debuff Path of The Scout 1.5 Sec 5-100ft 35 AP 5 Sec Requires Scout or Assault Stance. An attack which deals X damage and reduces your target's armor by Y and reduces their chance to block by 10% for 10 seconds.
Brutal Assault Action 4 Damaging Path of Assault Instant 5ft 40 AP 5 Sec Requires Scout or Assault Stance. Target must be facing away from you. Deals X damage to your target, and makes monsters hate you less than normal. Only usable when you are behind the target. If you are Vengeful, then this attack may be used from any position.
Assault Stance Action 4 Buff Core Ability Instant None None 5 Sec Grants Assault Stance. A close-combat stance which increases your Strength and Weapon Skill by X, and increases your Armor by 100%. While in this stance your Ballistic Skill from items will also count towards your Strength. You may only use a single Stance at a time.
Takedown Action 5 Ailment Path of The Skirmisher 1 Sec 5-65ft 25 AP 15 Sec Requires Scout or Skirmish Stance. An Ailment which deals X damage and snares your target, reducing their run speed by 40% for 10 seconds. If you are Vengeful, then the target will also be knocked down for 3 seconds.
Spiral-Fletched Arrow Action 6 Damaging Path of The Skirmisher 1 Sec 5-65ft 25 AP None Requires Assault or Skirmish Stance. Deals 205 damage to your target. This ability will continue to build up even if you move.
Skirmish Stance Action 6 Buff Core Ability Instant None None 5 Sec Grants Skirmish Stance. A close-range bow stance that increases your Toughness by X and the chance that your bow attacks will critically hit by 5%. You gain the ability to autoattack while moving while in this stance. You may only use a single Stance at a time.
Distracting Shot Action 7 Debuff Core Ability Instant 100ft 20 AP 15 Sec You Detaunt your target, making them hate you less and causing them to deal 50% less damage to you for 15 seconds. If you attack anyone that you have Detaunted, the effect will immediately end.
Hunter's Fervor Action 8 Buff Core Ability Instant None 25 AP 60 Sec An inspired ferver fills your group, increasing AP regeneration by 20% for 15 seconds.
Draw Blood Action 9 Ailment Path of Assault Instant 5ft 25 AP None Requires Assault or Skirmish Stance. An Ailment which deals X damage over 9 seconds.
Bolster War Engine Action 10 Buff Core Ability - - - - Siege Targetted buff. Increases damage done by that siege engine by 10% for 30 seconds. Does not work on Rams. Only one effect of this type per siege engine.
Vengeance of Nagarythe Action 12 Buff Core Ability Instant None 35 AP 2 Min Grants Vengeful. You are filled with a desire for vengeance, increasing all damage you deal by 20% for 15 seconds. During this time some of your abilities will gain additional effects.
Whirling Pin Action 12 Ailment Core Ability Instant None 25 AP 30 Sec All enemies within 30 feet become Rooted, making them unable to move for 10 seconds. Rooted targets have a 50% chance to break free when they suffer damage.
Flame Arrow Action 14 Damaging Path of The Scout 2 Sec 5-80ft 40 AP 10 Sec Requires Scout Stance. An Ailment which deals X Elemental damage to your target and then explodes, dealing an additional 129 Elemental damage over 9 seconds to the target and all other enemies within 20 feet of them.
Rapid Fire Action 16 Damaging Path of The Scout Instant 5-100ft 25 AP/Sec 7 Sec Requires Scout or Skirmish Stance. You move with blinding speed as you quickly fire several shots at your target, dealing X damage to the enemy twice per second for up to 3 seconds. This effect will end if you break your concentration, or run out of action points. If you are Vengeful, then the shots will deal 10% more damage.
Eye Shot Action 18 Ailment Path of The Skirmisher 1 Sec 5-65ft 20 AP 10 Sec Requires Skirmish Stance. A Crippling shot that deals X damage and reduces your target's Initiative by Y for 20 seconds.
Steady Aim Action 20 Buff Core Ability Instant None 25 AP 30 Sec For the next 6 seconds, all of your attacks will have a 50% higher chance to critically hit, but will take an additional 2 seconds to build up.
Opportunistic Strike Action 25 Ailment Path of Assault Instant 5ft 20 AP 30 Sec Requires Assault Stance. A Crippling attack that deals X damage and disarms your target for 5 seconds, making them unable to use melee or ranged weapons.
Counterstrike Action 30 Damaging Path of Assault Instant 5ft 25 AP 20 Sec Requires Assault Stance. A quick strike which deals 112 damage to your target and interrupts any ability that they were building up.
Hamper War Engine Action 30 Debuff Core Ability - - - - Siege Targetted debuff. Increases the times it takes to fire that siege engine by 2 seconds for 30 seconds
Throat Shot Action 35 Ailment Path of The Scout 1 Sec 5-100ft 30 AP 30 Sec Requires Scout Stance. A Crippling shot that deals X damage and silences your target for 5 seconds, making them unable to use magic.
Lileath's Arrow Action 40 Damaging Path of The Skirmisher 2 Sec None 40 AP None Requires Skirmish Stance. A piercing arrow which deals X damage to all enemies in front of you, up to 65 feet away. This ability will continue to build up even if you move.
Diminish War Engine Action 40 Debuff Core Ability - - - - Siege Targetted debuff. Decreases damage done by that siege engine by 10% for 30 seconds. Does not work on Rams. Only one effect of this type per siege engine.
Point-Blank Morale (1) 8 Debuff Core Ability Instant 65ft Morale (1) 60 Sec A mid-range attack that deals X damage and knocks targeted player away. Monsters will be knocked down.
Unshakable Focus Morale (2) 12 Buff Core Ability Instant None Morale (2) 60 Sec A cold unyielding focus increases your damage by 100% for 7 seconds.
Concealment Morale (1) 16 Buff Core Ability Instant None Morale (1) 60 Sec With luck and experience you are able to Dodge all ranged attacks and Disrupt all magic attacks attacks against you.
Focused Mind Morale (2) 20 Buff Core Ability Instant None Morale (2) 60 Sec For the next 10 seconds, you will remove and ignore any silencing, disarming, rooting, snaring effects and your abilities will build 50% faster and may not be set back.
Explosive Shots Morale (3) 24 Buff Core Ability Instant None Morale (3) 60 Sec All of your ranged attacks will explode for the next 10 seconds, dealing X damage to all enemies within 30 feet of your target. This effect will not trigger more than once every second.
Lileath's Forgiveness Morale (1) 28 Damaging Core Ability Instant None Morale (1) 60 Sec Removes all Hexes, Curses, Cripples, and Ailments from you. You regain 250 Action Points.
Outrider Patrol Morale (2) 32 Damaging Core Ability Instant 100ft Morale (2) 60 Sec Arrows strike the ground at a spot you select, dealing damage to all enemies within 30 feet of that spot.
Instill Fear Morale (3) 36 Debuff Core Ability Instant None Morale (3) 60 Sec All enemies around the Shadow Warrior will become disarmed and silenced for 7 seconds.
Hail of Doom Morale (4) 40 Buff Core Ability Instant 100ft Morale (4) 60 Sec You focus on a spot on the ground for up to 5 seconds, constantly shooting at all enemies within 30 feet of that area for X damage.
Centuries Of Training Tactic 11 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None Upon striking a target with a direct damage ability there is a 25% chance to inflict an additional X damage over 5 seconds.
Expert Skirmisher Tactic 13 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None You deal 25% more damage when you are within 45 feet of your target, but 20% less damage when you are farther than 45 feet away from them.
Replenishing Strikes Tactic 15 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None Any time you critically hit an enemy, you will regain 40 Action Points. Tactic can not trigger more than once every 3 seconds.
Bend the Winds Tactic 17 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None Increases your Elemental resistance by X.
Steady Aim Tactic 19 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None Increases your Ballistic Skill by X.
Wrist Slash Tactic 21 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None Grim Slash will now reduce your enemy's Weapon Skill by X and Initiative by Y for 20 seconds, and increase your Weaponskill and Initiative by the same amount.
Discering Offense Tactic 23 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None Your attacks have a 10% reduced chance to be defended against.
Clever Recovery Tactic 25 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None If an enemy dodges any of your attacks, you will regain 75 Action Points. This effect will not trigger more than once every 3 seconds.
Smoldering Arrows Tactic 27 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None Flame Arrow's damage over time is increased to X damage.
Pierce Defenses Tactic 29 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None If an enemy blocks, dodges, or parries any of your attacks, their chances to block, dodge, and parry will be reduced by 15% for 10 seconds.
Distracting Rebounds Tactic 31 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None Distracting Shot will now also affect any other enemies within 20 feet of your initial target.
Bullseye Tactic 33 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None Whenever you critically hit an enemy, your chance to critically hit is increased by 20% for 5 seconds, but you also become 10% more vulnerable to being critically hit.
Instinctive Aim Tactic 35 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None Reduces Steady Aim's cooldown time by 20 seconds.
No Quarter Tactic 37 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None Any detaunt effects used against you will fade away 50% faster.
Blood-Soaked War Tactic 39 Buff Core Ability Passive Tactic None None Any time you kill an enemy, you will instantly regain X health.

Fell the Weak Action 13 Ailment 2 Sec 5-100ft 25 AP 10 Sec Deals X damage if your target is below 20% hit points, or Y damage otherwise. If you are Vengeful, then all healing effects used on the target will be 50% weaker for 10 seconds.
Rain of Steel Morale (4) 15 Damaging Instant 100ft Morale (4) 60 sec You repeatedly shoot arrows at the ground for 10 seconds, dealing X damage every second to all enemies within 30 feet of that spot.
Enchanted Arrows Tactic 3 Buff Passive Tactic None None Flame Arrow and Festering Arrow will now bypass all of your victim's resistances.
Leading Shots Tactic 7 Buff Passive Tactic None None Any time you critically hit with a ranged attack, your group's chances to critically hit will be increased by 15% for 10 seconds, but this will not affect you.
Guerrilla Training Tactic 11 Buff Passive Tactic None None Reduces the action point costs of all abilities within the Path Of The Scout by 35%.

If the target is building up an ability, then your strikes will deal Y damage instead. This ability will end if you break your concentration or run out of action points.
Sweeping Slash Action 9 Damaging Instant None 30 AP 10 Sec Requires Assault Stance. Deals X damage to all enemies in an arc in front of you, up to 30 feet away.
Exploit Weakness Action 13 Ailment Instant 5ft 25 AP 20 Sec Requires Assault Stance. A Crippling attack which deals 300 damage and stuns your target for 3 seconds.
Whirling Rage Morale (4) 15 Damaging Instant None Morale (4) 60 Sec Deals X damage to all enemies within 30 feet.
No Respite Tactic 3 Buff Passive Tactic None None Increases your chance to parry attacks by 10%. Each time you parry an attack, your chance to critically hit is increased by 10% for 15 seconds.
Sinister Assault Tactic 7 Buff Passive Tactic None None Brutal Assault will now bypass all of the target's armor.

Barrage Action 13 Damaging 2 Sec 65ft 25 AP 10 Sec Requires Skirmish Stance. Deals X damage to all enemies in an arc in front of you, up to 65 feet away. This ability will continue to build up even if you move.
Penetrating Arrow Morale (4) 15 Damaging Instant None Morale (4) 60 Sec Deals X damage to all enemies in front of you, up to 40 feet away, and an additional X damage over 10 seconds.
Split Arrows Tactic 3 Buff Passive Tactic None None Spiral-Fletched Arrow now hits all enemies within 20 feet of your initial target.
