Rordin Ironmane is a Dwarf general, and leader of the Oathbearer forces that have been dispatched to Ekrund to secure the Bitterstone Mine. He can be found at Bitterstone Gorge, where he commands his warriors in an effort to uproot a mass of greenskins that have claimed the region.
