Restless Spirits are Spirit Host mobs that only spawn during The Witching Night Live Event. They can be found randomly in any Zone, wandering a short while until they despawn. These mobs also appear after a player interacts with the Cauldrons of the Dead, large vats that can be found in various areas of the game and are guarded by three Withered Crones when hey spawn.

Restless Spirits are the only mob that drops one of the Witching Night Masks.
