You move with blinding speed as you quickly fire several shots at your enemy, dealing (187.5 + DPS) * 0.5 twice per second for up to 3 seconds. This effect will end if you break your concentration, or run out of action points.
If you are Vengeful, then the shots will deal 10% more damage.
