Ranged

Ranged DPS is one of the four archetypes in Warhammer Online. Character careers that fight primarily with ranged attacks fall into the ranged archetype. They generally wear light armor, and have an array of ranged abilities (using either spells or missile weapons) that make them capable of attacking from a distance. A class that is in the ranged DPS archetype will generally seek to avoid melee combat while also dealing considerable amounts of damage on tank classes from a safe distance.
