Kill Wyrmstone Chargers just outside the DE camp at 1k, 18k Caledor until you get Lean Boar Meat. Receiving it will trigger the unlock.

Kill the Charger boar mobs in the Elven Tier4 zones until you get Lean Boar Meat. The unlock is automatically triggered. There's a quest in one of the High Elf camps along a river that gives you a kill task quest to kill a number of Boars and Chargers at the river. You can farm these for the chance drop.
