Guild tactics are one of the progression rewards for gaining Guild ranks. In order to be used, they must be applied to a Standard, which will then apply the buff to all nearby friendly units while the standard is carried or planted.

Arrow Avoidance I Avoidance Increases Dodge chance by 2%.
Blade Avoidance I Avoidance Increases Parry chance by 2%.
Magic Avoidance I Avoidance Increases Disrupt chance by 2%.
Weapon Deflection I Mitigation Increases Armor by 5%.
Corporeal Deflection I Mitigation Increases Corporeal resistance by 5%.
Elemental Deflection I Mitigation Increases Elemental resistance by 5%.
Spirit Deflection I Mitigation Increases Spirit resistance by 5%.
Enhanced Training I Progression Increases Experience gain by 3%.
Enhanced Training II Progression Increases Experience gain by 6%.
Enhanced Training III Progression Increases Experience gain by 9%.
Enhanced Glory I Progression Increases Renown gain by 5%.
Enhanced Glory II Progression Increases Renown gain by 10%.
Enhanced Glory III Progression Increases Renown gain by 15%.
Enhanced Fame I Progression Increases Influence gain by 5%.
Thornshield I Miscellaneous Deals 10 damage back to the attacker when struck by a melee attack.
Enhanced Vigor I Miscellaneous Increases Action Point regain rate by 10%.
Enhanced Vigor II Miscellaneous Increases Action Point regain rate by 20%.
Enhanced Vigor III Miscellaneous Increases Action Point regain rate by 30%.
Suppress Destruction I Miscellaneous Reduces the chance that you will suffer a critical hit by 2%.
