Every Knight of the Blazing Sun may gain 15 career Tactics, 27 Actions and 9 Morale abilities. Each Mastery Path contains another 3 Actions, 3 Tactics, and 1 Morale Ability.

Starting AbilitiesEdit

These are the abilities that a Knight of the Blazing Sun starts with at level one.

Flee Flee Action Buff Core Ability Instant None None 30 Sec You run away from the battle in a mad panic, increasing your run speed by 30 for 10 seconds. You immediately lose all of your action points, any career mechanic points, and your Morale will begin to drop, and you will not begin to regain action points until 10 seconds have passed.
None Auto Attack Action Damaging Core Ability Attack with your melee or ranged weapon.
None Sunder Action Damaging Path of Vigilance Instant 5 ft 30 None A smashing attack which deals damage. This attack causes monsters to hate you twice as much as normal.
None Throw Blade Action Damaging Core Ability 1s 5-65 ft 20 None A basic throwing attack that inflicts damage. Has a chance to deal damage to a severely wounded target if you are behind them.

None Stand Strong! Action 4 Defensive Path of Vigilance Instant None None 4.5 s You order your group to hold their positions, increasing Toughness for all groupmates within 150 feet. All enemies within 30 feet will be frightened, reducing their Toughness.This effect will linger for 12 seconds after you stop using this Battle Command.
None Blazing Blade Action 5 Damaging Path of Glory Instant 5 ft 30 AP None The force of the sun fills your blade, dealing damage to the enemy and the victim will also suffer over the next 9 seconds. This effect is stackable up to three times.
None Gather Your Resolve! Action 6 Defensive Path of Glory Instant None None 4.5 s You order your group to steady their thoughts, increasing all resistances for all groupmates within 150 feet. All enemies within 30 feet will be frightened, reducing their resistances.This effect will linger for 12 seconds after you stop using this Battle Command.
None Vicious Slash Action 6 Damaging Path of Glory Instant 5 ft 35 AP 10s You slice deeply into your enemy, dealing damage to the enemy and interrupting any abilities they are building up. The victim will also suffer additional damage over 5 seconds.
None Taunt Action 7 Debuff Core Ability Instant 65 ft 20 AP 15s You enrage your opponent, interrupting any currently building abilities and forcing monster to attack you. While taunted your opponent will take 30% more damage from your attacks. This effect will fade after 15 seconds or after your opponent has hit you 3 times.
None Demolishing Strike Morale (1) 8 Buff Core Ability Instant 5 ft 60s A powerful melee attack that reduces armor and deals damage over 15 seconds.
None Shield Rush Action 8 Buff Path of Vigilance Instant 5 ft 25 AP 10s A powerful forward slam with your shield which deals damage to your enemy, and increase your chance to block by 10% for 10 seconds.
None Crippling Blow Action 9 Curse Path of Conquest Instant 5 ft 30 AP 5s A cruel slash at your victim's legs which deals damage and snares them, reducing their run speed by 40% for 10 seconds.
None Guard Action 10 Curse Core Ability Instant 150 ft None None Only usable on other playersYou defend one of your allies and try to take attacks meant for them. As long as you are within 30 feet of them, any damage that they suffer will be split evenly between the two of you, and 35% of all hate that they cause will be redirected to you.

Abilities Gained From Mastery PathsEdit

These abilities can be gained by adding mastery points into different mastery paths. These points also increase the 'effective level' of every base ability in their path, making them more powerful.

Path of ConquestEdit

The Path of Conquest focuses on improving the offensive capabilities of the Knight of the Blazing Sun.

None Encouraged Aim Tactic 7 Buff Press The Attack! will now make it 10% more likely that enemies in the area will be critically hit.
None Myrmidia's Fury Action 9 Damaging 3.0s 5 ft 25 AP/Sec 8s You slam into your target without remorse, dealing damage over 3 seconds. This effect will end if you break your concentration or run out of action points.
None Efficient Swings Tactic 11 Buff All Path of Conquest abilities now cost 35% fewer action points.
None Staggering Impact Action 13 Curse Instant No range 40 AP 30s Myrmidia's power bursts forth from you, slamming into all enemies within 30 feet. All of the victims will suffer damage over 10 seconds and have their chance to defend attacks reduced b 10%.
None Nova Strike Morale (4) 15 Defensive Instant No range 60s Deals damage to all enemies in a line in front of you, up to 65 feet away, and additional damage over 9 seconds.


Path of VigilanceEdit

The Path of Vigilance focuses upon improving the defensive capabilities of the Knight of the Blazing Sun.

All enemies within 30 feet will be frightened, making it 25% more likely that they'll be set back when hit.This effect will linger for 12 seconds after you stop using this Battle Command.
None Dirty Tricks Tactic 7 Buff When you block, all members of your group except you will gain a 10% chance to critically hit for 10 seconds.
None Shining Blade Action 9 Curse Instant 5ft 15 AP 20s You slash the enemy with a bright blade which deals damage and reduces the damage done to you by 15%.
None Laurels of Victory Tactic 11 Defensive Vigilance will no longer reduce the damage you deal.
None Vigilance Action 13 Blessing Instant None None 30s The glory of the sun fills you with power, reducing all damage that you take by 50% for 10 seconds but reducing all damage that you deal by 25%.
None Flawless Defense Morale (4) 15 Defensive Instant None None 60s Increases your entire group's chances to block, dodge, parry and disrupt attacks by 50% for 10 seconds.


Path of GloryEdit

The Path of Glory is a balance of both offense and defense, allowing the Knight of the Blazing Sun to have flexibility.

None Now's Our Chance! Action 5 Defensive Instant None None 4.5s You fill your enemies with fear and doubt, causing all healing abilities to become 25% less effective when used by any enemies within 30 feet of you.This effect will linger for 12 seconds after you stop using this Battle Command.
None Focused Mending Tactic 7 Defensive Stay Focused! will now also cause groupmates in the area to receive 15% more from all healing effects used on them.
None Heaven's Fury Action 9 Damaging Instant None 40 AP 30s A blazing aura of light surrounds your blade as you bring it around in a broad sweep, dealing damage to all enemies in front of you up to 65 feet away. Everyone hit by this attack will be knocked down for 3 seconds.
None Mighty Soul Tactic 11 Defensive All of your attacks within the Path of Glory will now deal Elemental damage instead of physical damage.
None Unbalancing Attack Action 13 Damaging Instant 5ft 30 AP 10s A powerful strike which knocks your enemy off-balance, dealing damage and causing the victim to lose 40 Action Points.
None Solar Flare Morale (4) 15 Defensive Instant None 60s Deals damage to all enemies within 30 feet. Enemy players hit by this effect will lose all of their Morale.
