Khuresh

Khuresh or the Hinterlands of Khuresh are a heavily forested (possibly tropical rainforest) area in the far east of the Warhammer World that resembles real world South-East Asia and nations such as Thailand, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia and Malaysia. It is probably inhabited by humans with a culture similar to Ancient/Medieval cultures from these regions, though Games Workshop have not released any information. To the north of Kuresh is Cathay, to the east, Nippon and to the west, the Kingdoms of Ind.

On the southern tip of Khuresh are the Gates of Calith, two points of land which leave a narrow straight between the Sea of Dread and the Far Sea to the west of the New World.
