This is a Bestiary Unlock for the Lord of Change.

Find an Eye of Change at 64.3k, 29.1k in the Chaos Wastes and click on it. You will receive the unlock and see the following text:

You peer into the Eye of Change. From within it's depths, you see the fearsome image of a Lord of Change staring back at you. There is no surprise in its countenance, instead you get a sense that it knows you are fated to meet...Hopefully later rather than sooner.

Note: The Eye of Change is high on the mountainside an requires some mountain climbing (and falling) to reach.

Note: The best place to start your climb is at 58.5k, 36.5k and then just work your way over to it.
