Collect 10 Mutant Hands in Talabecland (26k, 29k or 5k, 32k)

NOTE: At the camp located at 5k/32k, the hands start out as a rare drop when fully populated. However, after killing all mutants in the camp, as well as the two Bilious Nurglings, the hand becomes almost a guaranteed drop from each mutant if killed as they spawn. Also, the hands may drop from the named mutant Karl von Orst.
