 As part of the WCPI, HammerWiki will be promoting blogs, articles, and fan sites recommended by our project contributors as quality examples of fan-created content dedicated to the game Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning. Before being featured, such content will be reviewed at the featured fan content candidates page for accuracy, completeness, relevance, and style according to our featured fan content criteria (see below). |
[edit] What Qualifies as Featured Fan Content?
Featured fan content represents the finest examples of fan-created content relating to the game Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, as determined by the contributors of HammerWiki. Such content generally exemplifies many, if not all, of the following attributes; most of these attributes are shared by articles that receive the status of Featured Content within HammerWiki itself:
- It is Well Written, Comprehensive, Accurate, and Stable

- Well Written: the content is clear and understandable, but still good prose.
- Comprehensive: the content is not missing information or details.
- Accurate: the content is correct when compared to the game.
- Stable: the content is not subject to random deletion or relocation.
- It Must be Relevant to the Game

- Relevant: the content primarily focuses on some aspect of the game
- It Must be Up to Date and Recent

- Up to Date: the content is based on the most recent release of the game.
- Recent: the content must have been written within two weeks of the date it is to be featured.
- Other Important Points to Consider

- How interesting is the content?
- Does it fully cover the topic, and is it of reasonable length?
- Is the content easy to understand, and is the information sensibly presented?
- Are the links all working?
- Is the information sourced where possible?
