Many skirmishers of the Dark Elves were killed in the initial invasion. As such, they must be replenished with conquered enemies in order to keep the war machine going. Gon'Seraph has been targetted by the Beastmasters as an opportune location for capturing prisoners. The outer guards will be little more than a stepping stone and the Dark Elves hope to replenish their supply of fresh servants in one fell swoop.
