[edit] Destruction & Order

1. Click on Mound of Dirt at 32k, 22k Caledor to recieve Scepter of Maggots.
2. Click on the Scepter of Maggots.
3. Click on Mound of Dirt again. The Scepter of Maggots will disappear and you will receive credit.

Note: Game will say you have completed Stunting Their Power, however Tome of Knowledge will acknowledge you as having completed For the Promise of Power. ~Lucrin

[edit] Order Note

Easiest way to reach it is to enter the river at 31k, 27k Caledor and head north. Go under the bridge and jump down the waterfall.
