Edwin Hulsemann is the Chapter 2 Empire Kill Collector, and holds the Kill Quest: Batty. He is located at the Grey Lady Coaching Inn in Nordland, loc 20939, 26444.
- His kill quest now works (starting Sept 2009). Previously it was broken.
