Cevias Voidbender is a named Chaos mob that spawns during the second stage of the Raven Host Vanguard Public Quest, in southern Nordland. She leads a force of Raven Host Magus in an attempt to kill Father Sigwald, and only spawns after Barrok The Destroyer has been defeated.
