Kill Vragi the Brute (Level 39 Chaos Troll) in Kadrin Valley (33500,28000) until he drops a Giant Nosering. Click the Giant Nosering for the unlock.

While waiting for Vragi the Brute to respawn kill the Boulder Chukkas for the unlock Diamond in the Rough. ~Lucrin
