When Blade Enchants trigger, they will now heal your group for x amount of damage for y seconds.

(Currently, this is listed as 0 for x and 0 for y in the tooltip. [Early reports suggest] that the tooltip is wrong, and the actual amount healed is very minor - about on the scale of 110 hitpoints over 10 seconds in earlier ranks.)

When Blade Enchants trigger they will also reduce your target's Spiritual and Corporeal resists by 236 for 10 seconds as well as increasing your own group's Spiritual and Corporeal resists by 236 for 10 seconds.
