Every Black Orc may gain 15 career Tactics, 27 Actions and 9 Morale abilities. Each Mastery Path contains another 3 Actions, 3 Tactics, and 1 Morale Ability.

These are the abilities that a Black Orc starts with at level one.

Flee Action Buff Core Ability You run away from the battle in a mad panic, increasing your run speed by 30 for 10 seconds. You immediately lose all of your action points, any career mechanic points, and your Morale will begin to drop, and you will not begin to regain action points until 10 seconds have passed.
None Auto Attack Action Damaging Core Ability Attack with your melee or ranged weapon.
None Clobber Action Damaging Path of Da' Toughest Slashes for 20 damage, and generates extra hate against monsters.
None Lob Choppa Action Damaging Core Ability A basic throwing attack that inflicts X damage. Has a chance to deal Y damage if you are behind them.

None Da Toughest! Action Defensive Path of Da' Toughest A grand war cry to proclaim yourself da toughest! All your attacks gain a 25% chance to increase your wounds by X for 10 seconds. You will be healed by the amount increased.'You may only have 1 War Bellow active at a time.
None Follow 'me Lead Action Blessing Path of Da' Boss Deals X damage. Buffs Defensive Target's Weapon Skill by Y for 20 seconds.
None Tuffer 'n Nails Action Blessing Path of Da' Toughest Deals X damage. Increases Armor by Y for 20 seconds.
None Taunt Action Debuff Core Ability You enrage your opponent, interrupting any currently building abilities and forcing monsters to attack you. While taunted your opponent will take 30% more damage from your attacks. This effect will fade after 15 seconds or after your opponent has hit you 3 times.
None Da Big Un' Action Damaging Path of Da' Boss Deals 20 damage to all targets 30 feet in front of you.
None Demolishing Strike Morale (1) Buff Core Ability
None Right in Da Jibblies Action Ailment Path of Da' Toughest Deals X damage. Reduces target's Weapon Skill by Y for 20 seconds.
None Save Da Runts Action Buff Core Ability You defend one of your groupmates and try to take attacks meant for them. As long as you are within 30 feet of them, any damage that they suffer and all hate that they cause will be split evenly between the two of you.
None Hold The Line! Action Buff Core Ability You focus your defenses against enemy fire, increasing your chances to dodge and disrupt by 45% for 12 seconds. You will also defend all allies behind you, up to 40 feet away, increasing their chances to dodge and disrupt by 15% as long as they remain at your back. Allies may have this effect stacked on them up to 3 times. This effect will end if you break your concentration, or run out of action points.
None Get 'Em Action Blessing Core Ability An encouraging bellow that causes your group's Action Points to regenerate 20% faster for 15 seconds.

These abilities can be gained by adding mastery points into different mastery paths. These points also increase the 'effective level' of every base ability in their path, making them more powerful.

A master of this path believes that the best way to win a fight is through choppin' the other guy into little pieces quickly. He scoffs at the thought of using a shield, since that just makes it harder to swing a massive Big Choppa around, and he doesn't need anything getting between him and his choppin'!

A specialist in this path sees the wisdom in using a massive shield and taking care to defend himself against attacks - after all, while choppin' is grand fun, living through the fight so that he can do some more choppin' later is an appealing prospect as well.

If there's one thing that an Orc Boss can do better than anyone, it's yelling at those who aren't as big as him. A specialist in this path has had long practice at yelling, shouting, and encouraging his group to fight onwards and be strong - although it's still a point of military debate whether the Orc's allies are actually inspired to press forward and fight, or whether they're simply trying to get the Orc to stop his deafening bellows and reeking breath.
