The battle brew backpack is a cloak-slot item, that can be obtained during the seasonal live-event Keg End. It exists for multiple Level ranges.

There is one version for every tier:

Minimum Rank: 35
Use: Throws an explosive Stout at your target that does 692 damage over 12 seconds.

Minimum Rank: 15
Use: Throws an explosive Stout at your target that does 332 damage over 12 seconds.
