Bankers are NPCs who enable access to a character's bank Vault. Bankers, as one might expect, can be found in Banks. Some bankers are also "free-standing" at various places in a capital city to provide more convenient access for players.
Detlev is an example of a free-standing banker, who is placed beside an auctioneer and a merchant in the War Quarters of Altdorf (loc: 36000, 24500).
